How did you find your way into your current role at ES Global?
I firmly believe that in order to achieve ones goals, you require a positive attitude. With perseverance and hard work, your confidence level grows organically which is a self-sufficient source of inspiration and allows you to grow faster professionally and contribute enormously.
Personally, when I joined this organization back in 2015, I made sure that I stepped out of my comfort zone and welcomed every opportunity to gain new experiences and skills. Whilst performing many roles within the Supply Chain over the years, I focused on learning best practices including soft skills which laid out the path leading to my current role of ‘‘Commercial Executive’’.
Having said that, one must admit that the reach of a successful professional is infinite with no boundaries and is my personal belief. Here, each day is filled with new challenges and learning opportunities.
Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your job and the team at ES Global?
Integrated problem solving with valuable input from each team member is a key pillar in which our organization operates under. An experienced team with vast knowledge has helped me personally to grow as an individual.
The team at ES Global is a blend of white and blue collar workers, which work together in harmony to achieve success. The most likeable and inspiring aspect of my job is that the services each division carry out here generates a source of knowledge which enables me to understand and analyze elements required for the cost estimation. The major foundation of job satisfaction is when your capability is acknowledged and put into practice to resolve challenges and assist your colleagues.
What stands out for you about the work culture at ES Global?
ES Global is an organization where leaders lead by example and doors are always open for new ideas. Flexibility combined with a positive environment are major factors encouraging creativity whilst providing job satisfaction and opportunities to grow.
